By submitting an order, you confirm that all information you provide is correct.

Payment modes are UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (wherever applicable).

All payments are made securely by trusted gateways — we never retain card information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all areas of India (and worldwide, where possible).

Delivery times vary by location. Courier, customs, and unexpected delays are outside our control (though we will always assist in locating your order).

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted when the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect item received (according to our Return & Refund Policy).

We do not accept returns on opened, used, or “change of mind” products.

Use of Products

Our skincare products are to be used externally only.

Results may vary based on skin type.

In case of irritation, discontinue using and consult a dermatologist.

We are not responsible for misuses or allergic reactions (ingredients have been clearly stated on labels).

Intellectual Property

All designs, names, logos, and content on this website belong to Amivé / Eximbysnehal.

Although we take all precautions, Amivé / Eximbysnehal will not be held liable for delays, courier faults, or indirect damages.

Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
